LED Secure Infrastructure, LLC ("LED Secure Infrastructure," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit leddefense.com or contact us through the site, how we use it, and your choices.
We've kept this short and plain because we think privacy notices should be readable.
Who we are
LED Secure Infrastructure, LLC operates the website at leddefense.com, including the LED Defense and LED Commercial pages.

What we collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you give us through the contact form. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the fields you submit — typically your name, company, work email address, the context of your inquiry, and your message. You choose what to share.
Anonymous traffic information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-respecting by design. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across sites. It records aggregated information such as page views, referrer, and approximate region — never enough to identify you individually.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, social-media tracking widgets, or session-replay tools.
How we use what we collect
We use contact-form information solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a consultation, and — if a working relationship begins — to administer that engagement.
We use anonymous traffic information to understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from, and where the site is broken.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
Who has access to your information
Your contact-form submissions are delivered to LED Secure Infrastructure via Cloudflare Workers and routed to a private mailbox.
The infrastructure that hosts this site and processes form submissions is provided by Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Cloudflare Workers (form handling), Cloudflare Email Routing (email forwarding), and Cloudflare Web Analytics (anonymous traffic measurement). We may share information when required by law, when necessary to protect our rights, or in the course of a business transaction (such as a sale or merger), in which case we will require any successor to honor the commitments in this policy.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are retained while we are in active correspondence with you and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 24 months) for business records and legal compliance, then deleted on request or in the normal course of records retention.
Anonymous traffic information is aggregated and retained per Cloudflare's standard analytics retention.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@leddefense.com from the address you used to contact us. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We do not engage in profiling, targeted advertising, or sale of personal information.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
The site is delivered over HTTPS only. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. We do not store contact-form data in browser storage, cookies, or third-party CRMs without your knowledge.
That said, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you believe your information may have been compromised, contact us immediately at info@leddefense.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date at the top of the page. The current version is always available at leddefense.com/privacy.
